The First Week at Our New Studio—A Whirlwind of Creativity!

Dear ANFS Studio family,

We’ve officially wrapped up our very first week in the new studio space—and what a week it’s been! From cozy home studio sessions to the first brushstrokes in our dedicated office, the energy, creativity, and connection have been nothing short of magical.

🎨 Tuesday: Waterfalls & Wreaths with Ira, Abhira & Sara

Our first class of the week took place at the home studio, and it was absolutely power-packed! The girls learned to paint a waterfall using fan brushes, shared their unique perspectives on art, and created fall-colored leaf wreaths with personalized doodles. Their positivity lit up the space, and their enthusiasm brought a special glow to the studio.

🌅 Wednesday: First Class in the New Studio

We welcomed Abir and Divya for the very first art class in our new studio office! Though the space was still coming together, we dove right in.

• Abir painted a stunning sunset over the ocean, confidently declaring, “I can do this on my own!”—a proud moment for his growing skills.

• Divya continued her work on the fall wreath painting ("Falling into Color"), making beautiful progress while we relaxed to old Bollywood classics.

🧘 Friday: Connection, Color & Calm

We began the day with our adult art class featuring Divya and Trupti, followed by a vibrant kids class with Aakash, Aditya, and Nithya.

• Divya and Trupti completed their fall wreath paintings ("Falling into Color") with meticulous brushwork. We also explored pencil sketching and introduced a new ritual—10 minutes of philosophical sharing. These moments ground us and deepen our creative connection.

• In the afternoon, the kids explored Mandala art, learning new patterns and choosing colors that reflected their emotions. Their honesty and creativity were inspiring. When Nithya said, “This is the best art class so far!!”, it truly made my day.

This week was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do—art, connection, and joy in every brushstroke. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this first week unforgettable.

A New Chapter Begins—Our Dedicated Studio Space Is Here!

Dear ANFS Studio family,

We’re thrilled to share a major milestone—our dedicated studio space is officially up and running! After weeks of planning, assembling, and late-night creativity, the studio is now open for art classes and workshops. And yes, we’ve already begun welcoming artists of all ages into this joyful new space!

✨ Classes Never Paused

Even while the setup was underway, our art journey continued uninterrupted at the home studio. The transition was seamless, thanks to the incredible support from our community.

A heartfelt thank you to Hema and Divya for their tireless help during setup. From lifting, organizing, and laughing through the chaos, you made this space come alive.

🎓 College Flashbacks

Setting up the studio brought back memories of college days—those late-night project marathons, fueled by snacks and determination. This studio setup felt just as intense, and just as rewarding.

🎨 Fun Fact

Me and Hema assembled eight easels in just two hours—a record-breaking feat that deserves its own gold star!

Edition 6 - Sunflowers, Shadows & Studio Dreams

Big news from our hearts to yours 💛

We’re deeply grateful to share that ANFS Studio is growing into its very own dedicated space - a dream nurtured by every brushstroke, laugh, and moment we’ve shared together. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be lovingly setting up a warm, welcoming environment designed with you in mind - from cozy corners to professional artist easels, and all the thoughtful touches that make our studio feel like home. Thank you for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to welcome you into the new space soon.

🌻 Sunflowers & Sentiments

Ira, Ira, Abhira, and Sara dove into a dreamy turquoise and white color blending session. As the colors swirled, so did their imaginations—Sara felt like a cloud, while Abhira and others saw waves of water. Favorite music tracks filled the studio, adding rhythm to the brushstrokes.

Then came stippling - light yellow followed by bright yellow, layered with laughter and collaboration. The result? Four radiant sunflower paintings blooming on a turquoise backdrop. Next session, we’ll be blending colors into each petal—can’t wait to see the masterpiece!

🐦 Shadows & Stillness: “Perch in the Pasture”

Trupti and Divya began a serene farm-inspired painting, now lovingly titled “Perch in the Pasture.” They explored painting tape techniques and shadowing to create depth and dimension. Next up: birds and blossoms to bring the scene to life!

🎃 Spookakular Halloween Begins

Guest student Sohum joined Abir for a Halloween-themed painting session, kicking off a week of spooky fun. Aditya, Aakash, and Nithya joined in, adding their own flair to the festive artwork. The studio buzzed with creativity and Halloween magic!

🪔 Diwali Delights

We celebrated Diwali with our beloved artnfunwithshubhs community! The studio glowed with joy, snacks, and laughter. Kids painted diyas and created rangoli art, adding vibrant colors to this cozy gathering.
