Edition 6 - Sunflowers, Shadows & Studio Dreams

Big news from our hearts to yours 💛

We’re deeply grateful to share that ANFS Studio is growing into its very own dedicated space - a dream nurtured by every brushstroke, laugh, and moment we’ve shared together. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be lovingly setting up a warm, welcoming environment designed with you in mind - from cozy corners to professional artist easels, and all the thoughtful touches that make our studio feel like home. Thank you for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to welcome you into the new space soon.

🌻 Sunflowers & Sentiments

Ira, Ira, Abhira, and Sara dove into a dreamy turquoise and white color blending session. As the colors swirled, so did their imaginations—Sara felt like a cloud, while Abhira and others saw waves of water. Favorite music tracks filled the studio, adding rhythm to the brushstrokes.

Then came stippling - light yellow followed by bright yellow, layered with laughter and collaboration. The result? Four radiant sunflower paintings blooming on a turquoise backdrop. Next session, we’ll be blending colors into each petal—can’t wait to see the masterpiece!

🐦 Shadows & Stillness: “Perch in the Pasture”

Trupti and Divya began a serene farm-inspired painting, now lovingly titled “Perch in the Pasture.” They explored painting tape techniques and shadowing to create depth and dimension. Next up: birds and blossoms to bring the scene to life!

🎃 Spookakular Halloween Begins

Guest student Sohum joined Abir for a Halloween-themed painting session, kicking off a week of spooky fun. Aditya, Aakash, and Nithya joined in, adding their own flair to the festive artwork. The studio buzzed with creativity and Halloween magic!

🪔 Diwali Delights

We celebrated Diwali with our beloved artnfunwithshubhs community! The studio glowed with joy, snacks, and laughter. Kids painted diyas and created rangoli art, adding vibrant colors to this cozy gathering.

Edition 5: Brushstrokes & Breakthroughs: A Week of Wow!

Week of October 6–11, 2025

From the heart of ANFS Studio, Sunnyvale

What a week! Our studio was bursting with creativity, laughter, and new techniques. From stippling and blending to stencil magic, our artists dove into fresh styles with fearless enthusiasm. It was truly an action-packed week—and the results speak for themselves!

🌞 Welcome, Kairav!

Let’s give a warm welcome to our newest artist, Kairav! In his very first session, he painted a sunny beach scene complete with colorful chairs and playful toys. His honesty and imagination blew me away. Can’t wait to see him flourish!

🌿 Zen Pond Magic

Sara, Ira, Abhira, and Ira (yes, both!) completed their stunning Zen Pond paintings. The water dripping from the bamboo tree looks so real, I can almost hear its soothing sound. Well done, girls—your work radiates calm and beauty!

🎨 Abir’s Artistic Leap

Abir took a bold step this week—creating a waterfall and floral landscape entirely from imagination. No reference, no hesitation. Just pure creativity on a full-size easel. He’s painting like a pro, and we’re so proud of his growth!

🌻 Sunflower Glow

Nithya, Aakash, and Aditya lit up the studio with their sunflower collaboration. This joint effort was a beautiful display of harmony and teamwork. The studio truly glowed with their energy! Check this reel, it will surely bring you a smile!

🍁 Fall Colors & Insta Fame

Trupti and Divya rocked the fall color painting with vibrant hues and contagious enthusiasm. Their positive energy made the studio even more welcoming. We celebrated their work with a joyful Insta reel!

🕯️ Mindful Moments with Prajakta

We welcomed guest artist Prajakta, who bravely picked up a brush after years away. With candles flickering and soft piano music playing, our mindfulness-themed workshop became a serene, soul-soothing experience.

👦🎉 Brush Bro Bash

Friday’s teen boys workshop was electric!Despite initial skepticism (“I can’t even hold a brush!”), the boys dove in with full energy. Laughter, bold strokes, and pure joy filled the studio. Do check out this reel, its really fun.

💬 Fun Story of the Week

Each class, we write a positive affirmation on the whiteboard. Later, the kids transfer it onto colorful paper (new color every class!) and decorate it with their favorite Sharpies. It’s a small ritual that brings big smiles—and a boost of positivity.
